From this week's 'Herts Advertiser': 'Rock guitarist and Queen lynchpin Brian May took centre stage at the University of Herts on Friday to raise money for an Aids charity.
He gave a talk about his early life and work before performing a selection of the songs which have seen him earn a place in rock history.
All proceeds from the evening went to the Mercury Phoenix Trust, a charity set up by the remaining members of Queen following the death of Freddie Mercury from an Aids-related illness.'
