The play will be performed by the world-famous "Ballett der Wiener Staatsoper und Volksoper", which regularely contributes at the "New Years Concert" broadcasted worldwide on January 1st. Written by Belgian choreographer Ben van Cauwenbergh "They Will Rock You" is subtitled as "Dance-Homage to Queen".

The Volksoper is one of the three leading opera-houses in Vienna beside the Staatsoper and the Theater an der Wien.
