Freddie Mercury FINALLY makes the cover of the Rolling Stone
Freddie graces Rolling Stone cover.
To commemorate its 1,000th issue, Rolling Stone did a Sgt. Pepper-esque cover that featured people "who had been in the pages of Rolling Stone throughout the years." And sure enough, in the upper right corner of the mammoth crowd, is our dear Freddie Mercury, Queen frontman and chart-topping songwriter.
This is the first time that Freddie or Queen have been featured in any capacity on the cover of Rolling Stone.
