Here's one I was going to bring you last week but it got pushed into touch by the non-flaming sambucas.
Still, it deserves an outing. The other Saturday night, hundreds of people in Kendal, in the Lake District, turned out for a Queen tribute concert - that's Freddie Mercury, not Her Maj.
As the band reached its finale, the singer urged everyone to get up and dance.
This was a jig too far for the leisure centre manager, who turned on the lights and pulled the plug, mid-song.
Dancing is apparently in breach of elf'n'safety regulations.
A spokesman for the local council said: "We hope this did not take away the enjoyment of the event."
And another one bites the dust.
