Fireworks show will rock you
ORGANISERS of this year's Queen-themed fireworks show at Christchurch Park today promised to give families attending a night to remember. Queen tribute band Rhapsody are set to play the Evening Star-supported event, while the Co-op Juniors will perform highlights from their We Will Rock You stage show. The firework sequences have been designed by Shell Shock Fireworks, which has used digital firing technology to put on displays at a series of international events, including the Commonwealth Games in Manchester in 2002. Shell Shock has planned explosions for some of Queen's most popular tracks and will use pyrotechnic effects never before seen in Ipswich.
